Yes, each boat has a maximum capacity for safety reasons. Please limit capacity to 12 people, not to exceed 1900LBS.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug use on our boats. If we suspect that you are under the influence, we reserve the right to cancel your rental and refuse service. The individual signing the rental contract agrees to be drug/alcohol free.... They are the DD for the day...
Georgia law requires that all children under the age of 13 wear a life vest while onboard any moving vessel (unless in a fully enclosed cabin)
It is highly encouraged that everyone else wear a life vest but is not required. Everyone on the boat must have access to a properly fitting vest while on board.
25 is the minimum age to rent our boats. (valid ID required)

We can provide life vests for all guests. We provide an anchor and fenders for each boat. Included is a first aid kit, horn, whistle, lake map and a fire extinguisher (coming soon - we will be adding depth finders)... If you need to borrow a cooler, let us know.
No - we do not provide tubes or skis
Each boat leaves with a full tank of gas. Threre are multiple marinas with 24hr (debit/credit) non-ethanol gas pumps. - To avoid additional fuel charges, we ask that you have the tank full at the end of your reservation.
If you were born after 1/1/98, you are required to have a 6-8 hour boating course and have a boating license present to operate any vessel in GA. There are online and in class options. Visit the DNR site for more information.

Yes, we accept major credit cards. Please provide the card and your ID to process.
FYI - There is a 3.5% fee automatically added by the card processing company.
